At Scape, we understand that even the best laid plans don’t always work out. This is why we want to ensure that you have peace of mind when making a booking with us.

Australia is currently experiencing some delays with student visa processing. Regardless of whether you have your student visa or university offer confirmed, you can still book with Scape to secure your accommodation.

If you have made a booking with us and find out that your application for an Australian student visa is denied or not provided by the Australia Government, or you are not accepted into any education facility you applied for, you may request in writing for your booking to be cancelled.

You will receive a full refund of your holding deposit provided you send written proof of the above circumstances at least 2 weeks prior to the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement. You will also need to complete the Refund Form. You can read our full Booking Terms & Conditions online during the booking process.
